Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and components for menu items according to recipes and standards
- Cook and assemble dishes in a timely manner, ensuring consistency and quality
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks
- Ensure all food is prepared according to restaurant specifications and presentation standards




- Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supplies needed

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Food industry experience including meal preparation, serving, or food handling is a plus
- Knowledge of health regulations related to food safety is desirable
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings as needed

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
