About You

We are currently looking for caring and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team of qualified health care professionals. The ideal candidate must be able to attend to multiple patients at a time in a fast-paced workplace.

Job description

- Collect patient's health information like blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions
- Collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team to plan, implement, co-ordinate and evaluate patient care in consultation with patients and their families
- Provide direct resident care which includes medication administration, completion of treatments,



and resident teaching related to care needs;
- Monitor, assess, address, document, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions
- Liaise with physicians and other internal and external members of the health care team to ensure resident care needs are met;
- Operate or monitor medical apparatus or equipment

Qualifications:

- Must be licensed by the College of Nurses of Ontario with a membership in good standing
- At least one year of Canadian work experience as an RN
- Professional Liability Protection insurance
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
- Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last 12 months
- TB test within the last 12 months
- Proof of covid-19 vaccination - three doses mandatory
- Must be familiar with online charting (eg. MEDITECH, e-MAR, Point-Click-Care)
- Must be energetic and compassionate
- Should be able to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Should be comfortable working solely and/or in a team environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
