Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. This role is essential in providing an exceptional experience for our guests and maintaining a welcoming environment. Experience in hotel or industrial cleaning is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, ensuring all surfaces are clean and presentable.
- Change bed linens and replenish towels and toiletries as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe working environment.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks appropriately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is beneficial.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality.

Pay: $18.55-$18.81 per hour
