We are looking for a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Clinic Receptionist to join our Registered Massage Therapy and wellness clinic in Oakville.

The receptionist will be responsible for supporting the daily operation of the clinic, assisting clients, managing appointments, processing payments, and coordinating with therapists. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a busy clinic workplace, and able to provide excellent customer service.

Previous experience working in a massage therapy clinic, physiotherapy clinic, chiropractic clinic, medical clinic, or other healthcare/wellness setting is strongly preferred.

Experience using Jane App or a similar clinic booking, scheduling, or practice management system is also strongly preferred.

Main responsibilities include:

- Greeting clients and providing professional front-desk service
- Answering phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments
- Managing therapist schedules and client bookings
- Processing payments and issuing receipts
- Assisting with direct billing and insurance-related inquiries




- Maintaining accurate client information and records
- Communicating schedule changes and client needs with therapists
- Handling appointment confirmations, cancellations, and no-shows
- Maintaining an organized and professional reception area
- Supporting general administrative and daily clinic operations

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and customer service skills, be comfortable multitasking, and be able to work independently when needed.

Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required.

Experience with Jane App, TELUS Health, direct billing, POS systems, or healthcare administration will be considered a strong asset.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
