Duties

- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to various destinations within your assigned route
- Load and unload packages using proper lifting techniques, including heavy items that require physical effort
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and maps to ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate clearly with customers during drop-offs, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards and report any maintenance needs
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during deliveries




- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each trip

Skills

- Ability to move packages of varying sizes, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus but not required; training can be provided
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory handling is advantageous
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent driving credentials preferred but not mandatory; secure driving record essential
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
