Engineering Manager – Applications, BI & AI - Job Description:
The Engineering Manager will lead technical teams in application development, business intelligence, and AI-enabled engineering practices. The role involves managing engineers and analysts, ensuring solution quality, and integrating AI into daily operations.

Engineering Manager – Applications, BI & AI - Responsibilities:

- Directly manage application developers and BI analysts, including coaching and performance management.
- Own technical architecture and design of applications and BI solutions.
- Act as the primary technical escalation point while promoting team autonomy.
- Ensure BI solutions are insight-driven and aligned with business needs.
- Embed AI tools into development and analytics workflows.
- Partner with PMO on delivery execution and translate business needs into technical solutions.

BI & AI - Mandatory Skills:

- Strong skills in Imanage, Outlook, 0365, Azure, MS Teams, and Cisco VPN.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills.
- Strong background in application development and solution architecture.
- Experience in delivering BI and analytics solutions.
- Proven people leadership experience.
- Experience with AI tools integration in workflows.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Engineering Manager – Applications, BI & AI – Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in a qualified services or law firm environment.
- Familiarity with MFA and end-user support.
- Experience with SDLC efficiency improvement.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted engineering practices.
- Experience with local decision-making empowerment.
