Membership Sales & Service Associate

South Calgary (South of Stoney Trail near Legacy/Chaparral) | Full-time, permanent | In person

CA$2,500 – CA$3,800 per month (based on qualifications) plus commissions & performance bonuses.

Roster Staffing is recruiting this role on behalf of an established fitness club. The employer is named at first interview.

The club exists to raise what a member experience feels like. Everyone's fitness, sport and adventure is different. What stays constant is an environment without judgment — where someone started, and how they got here, matters less than where the team helps them get tomorrow.

About the position

This is a front-line role for a high-energy person with a warm and welcoming presence, who thrives on personal interaction and enjoys making a positive impact. No two days are the same, and you'll be delivering exceptional service in a collaborative, energetic setting.

What you'll do

- Build and maintain relationships with prospects, and with your own portfolio of members and businesses
- Perform the club's sales process with confidence
- Help ensure the club's monthly membership goals are met
- Develop your own prospecting plan, so you create and maintain a lead base




- Support the club's monthly retention goals
- Work through daily, weekly and monthly sales tasks
- Take part in sales and club meetings, and club events
