We’re Hiring: Early Bird Baker & Cafe All-Rounder ☕

Location: Aroma Espresso Bar Shift: Some early shift starts at 5:30 AM or 7AM

Are you a morning person who loves the smell of fresh bread and high-quality coffee? Aroma Espresso Bar is looking for a reliable, hardworking Baker to join our team and help us kick off the morning rush!

In this role, you aren’t just behind the oven—you are a vital part of the morning flow. We need someone who takes pride in a clean workspace and can switch gears between baking and barista support.

What You’ll Do:

- The Early Bake: Prepare our signature pastries and breads so they’re fresh for the first customers.
- Kitchen Excellence: Maintain a spotless kitchen, ensuring all food safety standards are met and prep areas are organized.
- Coffee & Service: Assist with coffee preparation and basic cafe tasks during peak periods to keep the "Aroma experience" seamless.
- Cleanliness: Take ownership of the station,



from deep-cleaning equipment to ensuring the dining area is welcoming.

What We’re Looking For:

- Punctuality is Non-Negotiable: If you love the quiet of the early morning and are never late, you’ll fit right in.
- Versatility: You’re happy to jump from the oven to the espresso machine or a cleaning task as needed.
- Experience: Previous baking or kitchen experience is preferred, but a great attitude and a fast learner are even more important.
- Energy: You bring a positive vibe to the team, even before the sun comes up!
