701 Indoor Golf & Bar is looking for an outgoing and dependable part-time Bartender/Simulator Assistant to join our team.
This is an entry-level hospitality position focused on creating a fun and welcoming experience for every guest. Responsibilities include serving beverages, greeting and assisting customers, setting up Golfzon simulators, managing bookings, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized facility.
The ideal candidate is friendly, energetic, comfortable with technology, and confident working independently in a busy social workplace. Some previous serving or hospitality experience is required, but extensive bartending or golf experience is not necessary. Training will be provided.
This position includes an hourly wage plus tips and is best suited to someone seeking consistent part-time evening and weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Some previous serving or hospitality experience required
- Smart Serve certification required
- Consistent evening and weekend availability required
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident when interacting with customers
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
- Able to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
- Comfortable learning simulator technology and booking software
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling preferred
- Golf knowledge is an asset but not required
