Responsibilities

Must have prior experience with managing all aspects of a childcare centre. Must have skills and ability to lead a large team of educators and provide confidence to both parents and licensing. This is a senior position with significant responsibilities and requires someone with both the skills and positive energy to be successfu.

- Create a safe and engaging learning environment for children.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities.
- Monitor and support children's development in various areas.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare space.
- Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the educational experience.
- Provide first aid as needed and ensure children's safety at all times.
- Foster positive relationships with children to encourage their social skills.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education.
- Strong understanding of child development principles.
- First aid certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to children's needs.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children and parents.
- Patience, empathy,



and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Experience in behavior management techniques is a plus.
