Contract Duration: 12 months with a possibility of extension
Pay Rate: $50-80/hour as T4 or INC (open to discuss)

Job Title: Field Validation and Quantity Surveyor
Role Description:
- Provide independent field-informed validation of construction quantities and hours, site claims, contractor-reported physical progress and productivity to support invoice reviews, change management and overall commercial governance.
- Deliver data driven insights to enhance construction reporting, forecasting and decision- making.
Pay: $50.00-$80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Burnaby, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Quantity Surveyor: 6 years (preferred)
