Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in commercial spaces, restrooms, break rooms, and other designated areas.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Handle heavy lifting as required to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and schedules.
- Follow safety protocols when using power tools and hand tools during cleaning or maintenance activities.

Skills





- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning environments is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and staff.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is essential.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues promptly.
