Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles using schematics, diagnostic tools, and technical manuals to identify issues accurately.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical components.
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs safely and efficiently.
- Follow manufacturer specifications and schematics to ensure precise assembly and repair work.
- Assist with vehicle inspections, heavy lifting tasks, and routine maintenance to uphold safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, timelines,



and maintenance recommendations to enhance customer service experience.
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all repairs performed.

Requirements

- Proven mechanic experience with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes.
- Dealership experience is highly preferred for familiarity with brand-specific procedures.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot vehicle issues effectively.
- Hands-on experience with welding, assembly, and the use of various hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of routine maintenance tasks.
- Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and brakes.
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients.
- Valid certification as a 310S Automotive Service Technician or equivalent qualification is required.

Pay: $28.00-$41.56 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
