We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house activities. This position requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. The Front of House Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, enhancing guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service. Must be available evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times.
- Assist in the interviewing and training of new team members to maintain a high-quality workforce.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to company policies.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement strategies for improving service efficiency and enhancing overall guest experiences.




- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a knack for hospitality and customer service excellence.
- Experience in supervising staff within a hotel or restaurant setting is highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
