JLR Ottawa is looking for a Level 3 Apprentice Technician to join our expert team and help deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

- Examine vehicles based on customer requests or concerns.
- Perform basic maintenance, including changing motor oil, rotating tires, installing tires, and checking fluid levels.
- Diagnose mechanical problems using our JLR diagnostic tools.
- Perform repairs thoroughly and accurately in a time-effective manner.




- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times with professional cleanliness and procedures when customer vehicles are entering and/or exiting the shop.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain shop conditions to a professional standard.
- Follow Health and Safety Guidelines.
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

- A Licensed Automotive Technician with a passion for providing top-notch service.
- An energetic team player who thrives in a professional and collaborative environment.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive repair.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
