Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join our team! This energetic role is vital in managing our supply chain operations, overseeing warehouse distribution, transportation management, and order fulfillment processes. Responsibilities

- Coordinate warehouse activities including shipping & receiving, order picking, and materials management to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage transportation logistics using transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS) to optimize freight routes and delivery schedules.
- Oversee procurement and sourcing activities, including pricing negotiations and demand planning to maintain inventory levels.
- Utilize data analysis skills to monitor supply chain performance, identify process improvements, and implement best practices.
- Supervise warehouse safety protocols, forklift operations, packaging procedures, and ensure compliance with safety standards.




- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and manage relationships with carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Support ERP systems such as AS400 for order processing, inventory control, and procurement activities.

Requirements

- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or materials management within a supply chain environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems (including AS400), and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex logistics data for process improvement.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, sourcing strategies, pricing negotiations, and demand planning.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification preferred.
- Experience with e-commerce order fulfillment, packaging, freight management, and 3PL coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
