Summary

This role is vital in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service! This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic automotive environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and vehicle needs.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Shuttle customers to and from home.
- Manage customer appointments and follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Support service processes with organizational skills.
- Uphold the dealership’s standards of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years experience in a customer service or automotive support role.




- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
- Valid G license.
