Duties

- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring to ensure timely meal assembly
- Assist in cooking and assembling dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, utensils, and equipment to promote food safety and efficiency
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by providing timely food prep assistance
- Follow all food handling protocols to ensure proper sanitation and safety practices are maintained
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to keep the kitchen well-equipped for daily operations




- Help with portioning and plating food items for presentation consistency

Requirements

- Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to cleanliness and detail
- Strong teamwork ethic with effective communication skills

Pay: $16.50-$17.50 per hour
