Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Kitchen Millwork Sales/Designer to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the key driver of high-end kitchen and millwork sales, combining your creative design skills with exceptional customer service to bring clients’ visions to life. Your expertise will help clients navigate the selection and customization process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation through installation. Duties

- Engage with customers both inside the showroom and through outside sales efforts to identify their kitchen and millwork needs.
- Utilize CAD software such as SketchUp and other design tools to create detailed, accurate kitchen layouts and product demonstrations that highlight features and benefits.
- Conduct product demos, upselling premium options, and explaining customization possibilities to enhance customer satisfaction and sales outcomes.
- Manage account relationships by providing personalized service, handling inquiries, and supporting clients throughout the renovation or construction process.
- Collaborate with contractors, builders, and vendors to coordinate project timelines, specifications, and delivery schedules.
- Apply strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards.




- Maintain organizational records of sales activities, customer preferences, and project details for ongoing account management.
- Promote high-end products through marketing initiatives and product knowledge sharing to attract new clients.

Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or inside sales within the renovation or construction industry.
- Proficiency with CAD software such as SketchUp for creating detailed design layouts.
- Robust communication skills in English
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements, pricing, and estimates.
- Familiarity with renovation processes, construction practices, and high-end product offerings.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with customer service excellence to foster long-term client relationships.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with product demos and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles relevant to retail or showroom environments.

Pay: $70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
