Duties

- Perform grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, brushing, and nail clipping tailored to each pet’s breed, size, and temperament
- Assess each pet’s coat condition and skin health to recommend appropriate grooming treatments or products
- Handle pets with care and patience, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience during grooming sessions
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming station, including sanitizing tools and work areas after each use
- Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and provide expert advice on pet hygiene and care
- Assist with heavy lifting when handling large or heavy pets safely and efficiently




- Ensure all grooming procedures comply with safety standards and company policies

Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in pet grooming or related animal care roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners
- Ability to handle pets gently yet confidently, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the grooming process
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift heavy pets when necessary
- Attention to detail to deliver high-quality grooming results consistently
- A positive attitude combined with enthusiasm for working with animals in a lively environment
