Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and HSE-oriented individual to join our team as a Hydraulic Technician. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge with applicable trades certification, contributing to the successful execution of complex tasks in a dynamic offshore setting.

Responsibilities

- Reports to Maintenance Supervisor
- Responsible for maintenance on all hydraulic equpment
- Experience supervising a team in a marine environment
- Inspects hydraulic systems for damage and replaces worn parts




- Maintains records of hydraulic maintenance performed and reviews maintenance history for indications of required system improvements; makes recommendations to improve hydraulic system efficiency and performance
- Uses technical manuals and reference sources to find information regarding parts, repairs, replacements, operational conditions and procedures, and repair procedures
- Ensures hydraulic equipment inventory is maintained, organized, and labeled for easy access to eliminate operational failures and downtime
- Carry out daily inspections and maintenance on Hydraulic mechanical equipment
- Completes other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Applicable trades certificaton
- Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge, including understanding of hydraulic components and systems
- Ability to read technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- HSE safety leadership
