Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance, with an emphasis on customer service and teamwork.

Duties

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
- Utilize commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct heavy lifting as necessary for moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all areas are well-kept and functional.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any issues that arise.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from facility occupants promptly and professionally.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using hand tools and power tools during cleaning tasks.





Skills

- Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to cleaning tasks is advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of routine duties.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled hours.
- Familiarity with custodial duties and facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- A strong commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
