Position Overview:

We are seeking highly experienced Fine Dining Servers who have excelled in fast-paced, high-end restaurant environments.

- Deliver an exceptional guest experience through expert menu and wine knowledge, personalized recommendations, and attentive service.
- Maintain an impeccably clean and well-organized section, anticipating guest needs at every stage.
- Guide guests through our Mediterranean culinary offerings with confidence, professionalism, and warmth.
- Collaborate closely with Front and Back of House teams to ensure seamless, polished service.
- Uphold all food safety, cleanliness, and fine dining service standards without compromise.

Minimum Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of proven fine dining experience in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant environment.




- Deep understanding of wine service, Mediterranean cuisine, and sophisticated service protocols.
- Polished communication skills and a professional, engaging presence.
- Acute attention to detail, excellent multitasking skills, and the ability to anticipate guest needs proactively.
- Physical stamina to work long shifts, including carrying trays and standing for extended periods.
- Flexible availability — evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.
- Smart Serve Certification (required).

Preferred Assets:

- Formal wine training (e.g., WSET Level 1/2) or advanced wine knowledge.
- Mixology
- Experience opening or working in newly launched fine dining establishments.
