Zaneen is a leading North American lighting company representing a diverse portfolio of innovative, design-driven lighting brands and products. We work closely with architects, interior designers, lighting designers, dealers, distributors, showrooms, and sales representative agencies across North America.

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Marketing Supervisor to support the execution of our marketing strategy while working closely with Sales, Product Management, and Executive leadership.

The Role

The Marketing Supervisor will coordinate multiple marketing initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on time, and on brand. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

A key focus of the role is Sales Enablement: ensuring our Sales team and Rep Agencies have the information, tools, content, samples, and resources they need to effectively present and sell Zaneen products.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Marketing Support

· Develop and coordinate sales enablement tools, including brochures, catalogs, videos, and other resources, ensuring they are accurate, current, on-brand, and easily accessible.

· Partner closely with the Executive Leadership, Sales and Product Management to identify and deliver assets, and materials needed to support sales and successfully launch new products.

Email Marketing & Social Media

- Coordinate and execute targeted B2B email marketing campaigns, including content drafting, list segmentation, scheduling, A/B testing, and performance reporting
- Manage social media content and calendars, coordinating copy, visuals,



product information, and approval workflows.

Website & Digital Content

- Coordinate the ongoing maintenance and accuracy of the Zaneen website.
- Ensure product information, images, documents, and other digital content are current and properly presented.

Samples, Trade Shows & Events

· Coordinate sample inventory and programs with Sales and Rep Agencies.

· Support trade shows and internal events, including booth branding, marketing materials, and creative concepts.

Qualifications & Skills

- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Experience in Sales Enablement or sales support is highly valued.
- Strong experience with email marketing platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong proficiency in Canva.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and Adobe Creative Cloud is an asset.
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools is an asset.
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
