We are looking for an Individual who is comfortable with repetition. We predominantly produce Cap flashing for commercial roofing as well as ACM panels for custom cladding exteriors.
Operating Machinery including Mechanical Sheer and Mechanical Brake press (experience with a CNC machine would be a valued bonus)
You will need to be comfortable with an Electric drop saw and operating hand tools.
Qualifications to Apply:
- Must have Metal shop experience. (2 years minimum)
- Flat pattern development and understanding different orientations
- Must be able to operate Mechanical equipment including – Mechanical break, Mechanical Sheer
- Highly self-motivated
- Effective in communication
- Must be efficient in production
- Strong in problem solving, decision making and working with others.
- Ability to multitask and work in a face paced environment
- Ability to interpret shop order cards and calculate measurements (simple math)
· Your job will require you to continuously stay ahead of site crews in order to keep them working.

Direct Responsibilities and Primary Daily Focuses:
Staying on task whilst producing high quality finished product
Operating different types of machinery as stated above.
Full time work is expected
(overtime available periodically – dependent on workload within the company)
