By The Yard Landscaping and Construction LTD is Hiring!

Come join our team! We are currently looking for full-time labourers to join our landscaping and property maintenance crews.

Our landscape crews handle projects from the ground up, including:

- Grading and site preparation
- Brick and paving stone work
- Sod installation
- Artificial turf installation
- Fencing
- Deck construction
- General landscaping and much more

We also provide property maintenance throughout the summer, including:

- Grass cutting
- String trimming
- Weeding
- Hedge trimming
- General property and yard maintenance

Experience is not required, but previous experience in landscaping, construction, lawn care, or property maintenance is preferred.

Starting wage: $18–$20+ per hour, depending on experience.

Winter Work Available

We also offer full-time and part-time winter employment.

Our winter work includes commercial and residential snow removal. Employees may be responsible for clearing sidewalks, walkways, entrances, driveways, parking areas,



and other areas using:

- Snow blowers
- Backpack blowers
- Shovels
- Other snow-removal equipment as required

Applicants should be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and performing physically demanding work.

Requirements

Applicants must:

- Be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Have a valid driver's licence
- Have reliable transportation to and from the workplace
- Have a personal cell phone
- Be dependable and willing to work as part of a team

Starting wage: $18–$20+ per hour based on experience
Benefits available after 3 months
