Night Auditor

Pay: Starting at $17.75 per hour, including premium overnight pay

Hearthstone Inn Boutique Hotel is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our Front Desk team.

Previous hotel or Night Audit experience is welcome but not required. We are willing to provide full training to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs
- Answer telephone calls, emails and guest inquiries
- Create, update and review hotel reservations
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Complete the nightly audit and balance daily transactions
- Prepare reports for hotel management
- Respond to guest concerns and emergencies during the night
- Monitor the property and help maintain a safe workplace
- Prepare the lobby coffee station for the morning
- Keep the front desk and lobby areas clean and organized
- Assist other departments when required




- Complete additional duties assigned by management

Qualifications

- Experience is an asset, but no previous experience is required
- Full training will be provided
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Basic computer and mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to remain calm and helpful in challenging situations
- Available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
