We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics coordinator/dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our team. Duties:
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors
- Supervise and coordinate all shipments
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital
- Manage client relationships
- Handle incoming calls and manage the office phone system
- Assist with front desk duties, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Dispatcher or Coordinator
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively




- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
