We are currently hiring Swampers / Delivery Helpers for a client in Port Coquitlam. This is a physically active position working alongside a delivery driver to complete deliveries to retail locations throughout the Lower Mainland.

The successful candidate will assist with unloading products, transporting them into stores using a pallet jack and dolly, and stocking products on shelves.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is reliable, punctual, physically capable, and comfortable with early morning starts.

Key Responsibilities

- Work alongside the delivery driver to complete scheduled deliveries
- Assist with unloading products from the truck
- Use a pallet jack and dolly to safely move products into stores
- Deliver and stock products on store shelves according to instructions
- Ensure products are handled carefully and nothing touches the ground
- Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy at every stop
- Follow established delivery and stocking procedures
- Assist the driver with efficient completion of daily routes
- Maintain a qualified and respectful relationship with store staff
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

- Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance
- Physically capable of handling products throughout the day
- Comfortable with 4:00 AM start times
- Able to work efficiently as part of a two-person delivery team




- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Respectful, professional, and considerate of coworkers and customers
- Able to follow instructions and established procedures
- Previous delivery, warehouse, stocking, or material-handling experience is an asset

Important Requirements

- Steel-toe safety boots and high-visibility vest are required while in the yard
- Comfortable working around delivery trucks and warehouse environments
- Low-fragrance workplace: candidates are expected to be considerate of others and avoid strong fragrances
- Must maintain strict product-handling standards — nothing can touch the ground

Schedule & Location

Location: Port Coquitlam, BC
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
Start Time: Approximately 4:00 AM
Hours: Approximately 8–8.5 hours per day
