The Role: Registered Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a licensed, detail-oriented, and patient-focused Registered Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacists in delivering safe, accurate, and exceptional care to inpatients, outpatients, healthcare providers, and customers.

This role is ideal for someone who values precision, collaboration, and meaningful patient interactions while working in a community pharmacy setting that emphasizes quality and personalized care.

What You’ll Do

- Assist licensed pharmacists in the preparation, verification support, and dispensing of medications
- Perform technical functions in compliance with regulatory standards and pharmacy policies
- Support dispensary workflow, inventory management, and prescription processing
- Collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy assistants to ensure smooth daily operations
- Answer customer questions with professionalism, empathy, and discretion
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications, Education & Experience

- Registered Pharmacy Technician in good standing (College of Pharmacists)
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and scope of practice
- Familiarity with pharmacy systems and workflows
- Medical and pharmaceutical terminology knowledge
- Friendly, resourceful, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
