Duties

- Assist client with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and well-being
- Provide patient care including medication administration, and health monitoring in accordance with care plans
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
- Support the client with mobility and heavy lifting to ensure safety during transfers and movement
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation




- Document care activities accurately and communicate any changes in client condition to supervising healthcare professionals

Experience

- Prior assisted living or home care experience is highly valued, especially in senior care or hospice settings
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia enhances your ability to deliver specialized support
- Background in nursing home environments or caregiving roles demonstrates your commitment to patient-centered care
- Familiarity with medication administration, nursing procedures, and health monitoring is preferred
- Strong communication skills and compassionate demeanor are key qualities for success in this role

Pay: $24.17 per hour
