Duties

- Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by properly sterilizing tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable treatments, and upsell additional services or retail products
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring clients leave satisfied and eager to return
- Assist clients with body waxing services when qualified, enhancing their overall beauty experience
- Educate clients on nail care routines and product usage to promote healthy nails between visits




- Manage retail sales by recommending products that meet individual client needs and boosting revenue opportunities

Skills

- Strong proficiency in nail care techniques including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, acrylics, and nail art
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients and team members
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine customer relationships
- Experience in body waxing is a plus for providing comprehensive beauty services
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Retail sales experience to support product recommendations and increase revenue opportunities
