The X Motors Inc o/a X Motors is a high-volume wholesale dealer , we are expanding our retail operations and need a veteran Finance Manager to build our lender desk from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

* Lender Onboarding: Use your existing relationships to rapid-track approvals with Banks prime & and subprime lenders.

* Portal Activation: Finalize mapping for Dealertrack (C23518) and RouteOne (BN9EQ).

* Deal Structuring: Manage the full F&I; cycle for prime, near-prime and subprime retail customers.

* Compliance: Ensure all files meet OMVIC and privacy standards.

Requirements

* Experience: 2+ years in F&I; with a proven track record of getting independent lots approved.

* Expertise: Mastery of subprime structures and bank "stip" management.

* Credential: Active OMVIC license.
