We are looking for a live in Superintendent for a rental building at Yonge and Sheppard. The job consists of completing resident maintenance requests in a timely manner and inspecting and repairing any items in and around the building as needed.

You will be required to be on call after hours on alternating nights and weekends.

Successful applicants MUST have painting, basic electrical and basic plumbing experience.

The job also consists of maintaining 1-12 Oakburn Cres and the 66 suites there. This site is directly across the street from 105 Harrison.

This job also includes a 2 bedroom apartment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
