Key Responsibilities

- Customer Experience: Engage store visitors, offer product knowledge on licensed sports merchandise, and assist customers in finding the right apparel.
- Store Operations: Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system; assist with inventory check-ins, tagging, and floor replenishment.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain high store presentation standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, fold/hang apparel, and keeping sales floors clean and organized.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed on current sports seasons, team gear releases, and promotional offers to deliver informed recommendations to fans.Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous retail, customer service experience preferred.
- Robust passion for sports, athletic apparel, and fan gear.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, bend, and move continuously throughout shifts, including lifting boxes up to 30 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and peak holiday shopping periods.

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
