Work Environment: Primarily office-based with flexibility for field visits

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join a growing team in Woodstock, ON. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded professional with an electrical or engineering background who is looking to build their project management experience and grow toward a Project Manager role.

The successful candidate will support engineering, installation, service, and customer projects while developing hands-on experience with technical drawings, EV charging infrastructure, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and update Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and site layouts using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or SketchUp
- Review engineer documentation and provide technical drafting support
- Coordinate with engineering and installation teams to support project completion
- Review electrical capacity and requirements in accordance with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code
- Manage smaller projects independently as experience develops
- Remotely monitor and diagnose EV chargers
- Log service tickets and troubleshoot equipment faults
- Coordinate replacement parts and related logistics
- Dispatch technicians and coordinate service requests
- Communicate with customers and follow issues through to resolution
- Attend field sites as required

Qualifications





- Diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant electrical trade background will also be considered
- New graduates with strong technical abilities are encouraged to apply
- Experience creating or modifying electrical drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and panel layouts
- Knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code is an asset
- Experience or knowledge within the transportation or EV industry is an asset
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable learning and working with new technologies
- Valid Ontario driver's licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
