Falcons Landscaping & Snow Removal provides snow and ice management for condominium and commercial properties in Mississauga and the surrounding GTA. We are hiring experienced loader and tractor operators for the 2026-27 snow season.

What you'll do

- Operate a wheel loader or tractor to transparent snow from parking lots, drive lanes and access areas at condominium and commercial sites
- Complete your assigned route according to site maps and service standards, on time and without property damage
- Stack and relocate snow to designated areas
- Perform pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections, fuel the machine and report any mechanical issues
- Complete required documentation and time records
- Communicate with dispatch and supervisors throughout each snow event
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE





What you need

- Proven experience operating a wheel loader or tractor for commercial snow clearing
- Valid Ontario G licence with a clean driver's abstract
- Available on call 24/7 from November to April, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation to the yard at any hour
- Able to work long shifts outdoors in extreme winter conditions and lift 50 lbs
- Smartphone for dispatch communication
- Mechanical knowledge is an asset

Pay

- $32 to $38 per hour based on experience
- Weekly standby pay, discussed at the interview

Pay: $32.00-$38.00 per hour
