Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash, process payments accurately, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, ensuring food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and ensure order accuracy
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours while providing excellent guest services

Requirements





- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cash handling
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment; multitasking skills are essential
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cashiering, bill splitting, and accurate cash handling
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that demonstrate excellent guest service abilities
- Kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge is advantageous but not required
- Commitment to maintaining a clean work environment and adhering to health regulations
