Teabydo(茶百道) is a leading Chinese tea beverage brand with 8,863 stores worldwide. In Canada, we currently have 4 locations — 3 in the Greater Toronto Area and 1 in Vancouver. We are continuing to grow and bring quality tea beverages and a great customer experience to customers across Canada.

About the Role

We are looking for friendly, responsible, and motivated Baristas / Tea Baristas to join our team at our Richmond Hill and North York locations.

Previous bubble tea or barista experience is an asset, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

* Prepare bubble tea, milk tea, fruit tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards

* Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly and efficient customer service

* Operate the POS system and process payments

* Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

* Keep the bar, front counter, and work areas clean and organized

* Prepare ingredients and restock supplies

* Follow opening and closing procedures

* Work efficiently and accurately during busy periods

* Communicate and work effectively with team members





* Learn and perform different stations as required

* Maintain consistent product quality and follow company SOPs

Requirements

* Fluent Mandarin is required

* Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude

* Reliable, punctual, and responsible

* Solid teamwork and communication skills

* Able to work in a fast-paced environment

* Willing to learn and take direction

* Able to follow recipes, instructions, and company procedures

* Previous bubble tea, barista, or food-service experience is an asset

* Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
