Opportunity: Dozer Operator

Schedule: 14/7 working up to 12 hours per day. Overtime opportunities available based on site requirements

Job Location: Various Oil Sands Sites (Suncor, Syncrude, CNOOC, and CNRL) – Fort McMurray, AB

Accommodations: Camp Available

Travel Allowance Provided

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate dozers in a variety of construction, earthworks, and industrial environments.
- Perform rough and finish grading to project specifications.
- Build and maintain roads, pads, berms, and drainage systems.
- Transparent land and move soil, gravel, and other materials efficiently.




- Conduct pre-operational inspections and report equipment deficiencies.
- Follow all company, client, and regulatory safety requirements.
- Work closely with supervisors and other operators to achieve project goals.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and complete required documentation.
- Other duties as required

Qualifications

- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience on a dozer
- Positive attitude and willing to take direction from supervision.
- Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license and provide a 5-year driver's abstract that meets insurance requirements.
- Must be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test.
- Self-motivated, flexible and proactive with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- On-site experience is an asset.
- Strong safety culture.
- Must have basic computer skills to complete online orientations.
- Must have or be willing to obtain site-specific tickets
- H2S Alive
- CSO
- Must be able to complete a criminal record check if required
