Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in both the dining area and kitchen workspace
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including basic food handling and ensuring proper food safety procedures are followed




- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple tables or sections while maintaining high-quality service standards

Requirements

- Previous food service experience or restaurant experience preferred; a passion for hospitality is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced workplace with good time management skills
- Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and transaction processing
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen assistance is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key
- Demonstrated reliability with good attendance and punctuality; team-oriented mindset
