Overview
O’Neill Auto Group is seeking a motivated, career-oriented individual for the position of BDC/Appointment Coordinator at our flagship Nissan Dealership in Mount Pearl. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our services and enhancing client satisfaction.

Duties

As an Appointment Coordinator, you report to the Service Director and will assist in all areas including but not limited to:

- Booking Service appointments
- Perform outbound phone calls for customer retention
- Greeting customers, building rapport and responding to service inquiries
- Maintaining through and accurate customer records and communication history
- Special order parts follow up
- Advising customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers specifications
- Ensuring the customers complete satisfaction
- Adhering to warranty compliance when speaking to customers and booking appointment times for customers
- Ensuring proper follow up of all service inquires
- Participating in weekly department meetings
- Following up with previous and new customers to build and maintain rapport and relationships
- Ensuring customer service is top priority
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a scheduling or administrative role is preferred
- Experience in a BDC role is considered an asset




- Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in managing appointments
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service

Wage:

- Starting at $18.00 per hour
- Monthly bonus structure
