As a day laborer/operator, you’ll play a key role in manufacturing off-road products, while having the opportunity to grow within a flexible structure alongside approachable managers. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

- Comply with health and safety rules at all times
- Operate production equipment and machinery in accordance with established procedures and standards
- Meet production targets and quotas while adhering to quality and time standards
- Load raw materials into the equipment and ensure that production operations run smoothly
- Conduct required inspections and report any non-conformities or anomalies
- Measure and verify parts according to prescribed tolerances and frequencies
- Monitor product quality and ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Make minor adjustments as needed to ensure uninterrupted production
- Perform certain finishing and processing operations on parts, as required by production needs
- Properly use, maintain, and inspect work instruments, tools, and equipment

- Full-time, permanent position
- Shift: day or evening shifts
- Salary: $21.64 to $23.97 per hour
- Shift differential : $1.25 per hour for evening shifts
