The Medical Office Administrator (MOA) will play a critical in our brand new multidisciplinary pain clinic. By following proper telephone manner, the MOA will be the first point of contact for all patient inquiries. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast paced healthcare facility, working with and scheduling for multiple healthcare providers. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, meticulous and has a passion for helping others. MOA certificate and Medical Terminology certificate is seen as an asset.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome new patients, creating a positive and friendly first impression.
- Provide orientation to our clinic and the services we offer, ensuring patients feel comfortable and well-informed.
- Assist with clinic flow, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
- Obtain measurements for bracing under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with a young and collegial group in a fun and modern work setting.
Qualifications
- Background in kinesiology, pre-med, personal training, or related fields preferred, but certainly not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and agile clinic setting.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards patient care.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.
