Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and reliable AZ Drivers to join Ship PFL Canada Inc. for a dedicated route from Toronto to Montreal using manual transmission trucks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic logistics operation, delivering freight efficiently while ensuring safety and compliance. As an AZ Driver, you will play a vital role in maintaining smooth transportation services, demonstrating professionalism and expertise on the road. Duties

- Safely operate 13-speed manual transmission day cabs across night-shift corridor routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Execute drop-and-hook switches (90% of loads) and customer pick-ups/deliveries, ensuring a completely no-touch freight experience (no handbombing).
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Manage freight documentation accurately, including delivery logs, manifests, and inspection reports.
- Maintain professional communication with dispatchers, clients, and team members throughout the journey.

Experience

- Valid AZ driver’s license with at least 1 year of current, verifiable AZ tractor-trailer experience.




- Proven experience and mandatory proficiency in operating a 13-speed manual transmission truck.
- Demonstrated history of safely running commercial Day/Night shifts.
- Excellent driving record with a focus on safety, responsibility, and punctuality (clean CVOR).
- Robust knowledge of eLogs compliance, freight handling procedures, and safety protocols during transportation.

Pay: $42,434.00-$136,000.00 per year
