JL Enterprises is seeking a reliable and skilled Carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and/or commercial construction, be detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other building materials.
- Install framing, drywall, doors, windows, trim, cabinets, and other finish carpentry.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Repair and renovate existing structures as required.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work independently and collaboratively with the construction team.

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a carpenter is required.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety practices.




- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are considered an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Overtime available when required

On-site in Sudbury and surrounding areas.
