Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Dartmouth, NS
Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

The Warehouse Associate will support industrial warehouse operations by preparing refrigerant cylinders for inspection, refurbishment, and reuse. This role involves hands-on, repetitive work in a safety-focused workplace and requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and comfort performing physical tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:

- Remove labels, decals, paint, and residue from refrigerant cylinders using approved tools and techniques
- Inspect cylinders for visible damage, defects, or irregularities and report concerns to the supervisor
- Prepare cylinders for refurbishment, testing, painting, and refilling processes
- Safely handle, move, and organize cylinders throughout the facility
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area




- Follow company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations
- Perform additional warehouse and production duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, industrial, or production experience considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies
- Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work throughout the shift
- Able to lift, move, and handle cylinders as required
- Able to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots required
