Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across various settings, including industrial, residential, and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Duties

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Execute both interior and exterior painting tasks for residential and commercial properties.
- Collaborate with construction teams to paint newly built structures and perform touch-ups as needed.
- Rig and build scaffolding as necessary to reach high areas safely.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and ensure a clean work environment.




- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress and addressing any concerns.

Skills

- Proficiency in industrial painting techniques and materials.
- Experience with residential painting projects, including knowledge of different finishes and application methods.
- Familiarity with construction painting processes and safety protocols.
- Basic carpentry skills related to drywall installation or repair are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics in finished work.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
