Are you a skilled locksmith ready to take your career to the next level? Cote Lock Services Inc., a locally respected and growing industry leader, is looking for a motivated, reliable full-time Locksmith Technician to join our team.

We specialize in commercial, residential, and industrial locksmithing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service commercial, residential, and industrial properties
- Install, repair, and rekey mechanical, electronic, and high-security locks
- Supply and install automatic door operators
- Install and service a wide range of door hardware including: locks, door closers, panic bars, keyless entry, door operators, and much more
- Install doors, frames, sweeps, weather stripping, thresholds, hinges and more
- Advise customers with tailored security solutions
- Create and manage master key systems

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 5 years locksmithing experience
- Hands-on experience with:
- Rekeying & master keying
- Installing doors, frames, and hardware
- Supplying and installing automatic door operators (preferred but not required)
- Mechanically inclined and confident with power tools




- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Strong communication; able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in all weather
- Valid G driver’s license and reliable transportation to our Kitchener shop
- Knowledge of low-voltage wiring is an asset

- Hourly wage: $30–$35/hour (based on experience)
