Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Front Counter Attendant to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders at the front counter
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Prepare simple food items according to established recipes and safety standards
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and give accurate change while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front counter area, including food handling stations and equipment
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without sacrificing quality or safety

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures in a food industry setting
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen or food handling experience is beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential

Pay: $16.75-$20.00 per hour
